Paulina Parvanov is project leader at Austrian Music Export, where she is responsible for international cooperation projects, festivals and the further development of AME, as well as the Austrian Music Fund’s programmes Impulsprogramm and OMF+. For six years she ran raspberry soda, a Vienna-based music agency and label, gaining hands-on experience in artist development and running an independent music business. Her background also includes roles at Waves Vienna and board positions with VTMÖ, IMPALA and the Austrian collecting society LSG. With a strong focus on education and capacity-building, she has been involved in initiatives such as the Mplus Music Business Academy and LIME, and she participated in the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme in 2025. Drawing on this combined institutional and entrepreneurial perspective, she now supports artists and businesses in exploring new markets and opportunities globally.
