Beckie Sugden spent nearly two decades in the music industry, most recently as a Live Booking Agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Known for her strategic vision and cross-genre expertise, she helped develop artists from grassroots beginnings to arena-level success. Her diverse roster included Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, T-Pain, Gucci Mane, Noname, BIA, Ghostemane, Laila!, Alex Isley, WISP, Qendresa, and Soulection. Throughout her career, Beckie was recognized on Variety’s Women’s Impact List (2022), Billboard’s International Power Players List (2020–2022), and Pollstar’s International Impact List (2021), alongside receiving multiple ILMC Arthur Award nominations. She was also an active speaker and mentor, supporting emerging women professionals through The Cat’s Mother charity and contributing to causes including Palestine Music Expo and Nordoff & Robbins.
