Sébastien Doviane, a 32-year-old Parisian journalist, is a host on TSF Jazz, France's leading jazz radio station, where he presents the daily 5 PM to 8 PM show. Previously, he hosted Jazzlive from 8 PM to midnight, a role he held from 2015. Over the years, he has brought the station's microphones into the heart of the jazz scene, broadcasting live shows from iconic clubs (Duc des Lombards, Sunset/Sunside, Baiser Salé), concert halls (Olympia, New Morning, La Cigale, Pleyel...), and festivals (Montreal International Jazz Festival, Django Reinhardt Festival, Nice Jazz Festival...). With over 130 live broadcasts each year, he has interviewed some of the greatest names in jazz, including Ahmad Jamal, Marcus Miller, Lee Konitz, John Scofield, Ramsey Lewis, and Kenny Burrell. In addition to his work on air, he is the programmer of the "Nouvelle Scène" evenings and the jam sessions at the parisian club Duc des Lombards, showcasing the younger generation of jazz talent. He is also a member of the french Jazz Academy.
