Dam Fernández is the Co-Founder & Project Manager at indiemono. He keeps the engine running — from playlisting coordination to distribution — and he is always working on new ways for independent artists to connect with wider audiences. His role is to optimize everything happening behind the scenes and improve their process to make them more accessible. indiemono started in 2008 as a playlist channel and has grown into an indie label and discovery platform. Recently we opened up our DIY distribution service, distromono, we help artists release their music while keeping full creative control. What drives us is building an indie hub that makes music discovery accessible, collaborative, and exciting for both artists and listeners.
