Wrong Fest is one of the few truly alternative festivals in Bulgaria. The festival program is entirely orientated to up-and-coming acts that are pushing the boundaries of alternative music worldwide. Having hosted acts such as Viagra boys, Black Midi, Omar Souleyman and Ic3peak in the last festival edition – Wrong Fest has managed to establish itself as a point of interest when it comes to interesting music in the Balkans. The festival line-up is comprised only of artists that can be labeled as innovators, and can add something new to the cultural landscape in Bulgaria. Since it’s start in 2013 – Wrong Fest has been a promoter of about 250 club concerts, and has hosted more than 1000 artists.


Tony Boden is a booking agent, festival booker, problem consultant, lecturer and label partner with a background in show promotion and management. He started promoting shows back in 2006 in Brighton, UK before moving on to become a booking agent in summer 2007. Since then he has had experience in booking a host of acts across a variety of different musical genres throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, Latin America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and India. These have included headlining and supporting tours as well as festivals. He is now head of live and booking at Out of Line Music GmbH and continues to represent a powerful and diverse live roster.

KOEN TER HEEGDE – Yugofuturism NL

As an independent promoter, agent & label manager, Koen has been active in his local and European undergrounds for over two decades. In 2005 he co-founded independent label Subroutine Records, which has released music of over 50 Dutch acts. His platform Yugofuturism introduces adventurous acts from Central and Eastern Europe to The Netherlands and vice versa. He is co-programmer for festivals Welcome to the Village and Peel Slowly and See, and promoter at WORM Rotterdam & OCCII Amsterdam.

KATERINA STANISHLEVIKJ – booker at Badehaus Berlin DE 

Katerina is an event and artist manager from North Macedonia based in Berlin. She is one of the head bookers at Badehaus Berlin (formerly Badehaus Szimpla) and until recently she was managing the Hungarian jazz newcomer Àbáse. Specialises in booking and producing jazz, hip hop, pop and culturally diverse concerts and parties focused on the global South.

Besides her work as an organiser, Katerina is active as a DJ and releases her own music as Katerinha. During the pandemic she added to her creative powerhouse by taking on music video production and produced 13 music videos in 2021, 8 of which she also directed.

GOSIA BEGO – Bego Booking PL

Concert booking agent and promoter. In the last 14 years she managed a few concert venues in Poznań and run her own booking agency Bego Booking that organized mainly concerts of foreign acts throughout Poland.  Participant of this year’s edition of Keychange program.


After working with countless festivals and promoters across Europe, Marek Mikič started an independent music collective NotAnAgency (NAA), focused mainly on development, booking and management of European artists, while also promoting international names. Currently, he is mainly responsible for programming and co-programming several venues across Czech Republic and Slovakia – mainly Tabačka in Košice, MeetFactory and Fuchs2 in Prague. Within all these, he strives to combine the best of up-and-coming talent from all around the world as well as connecting with local communities and building the scene on local, regional as well as European level.


Márk Bóna is a Budapest based freelance event manager and booker. He works with many festivals including Sziget Festival, as a booker. He is also part of the production team of Sziget, Balaton Sound, VOLT Festival… Based on his 20 year experience in the music industry, he will be giving you advice in different areas of the music business like live concerts, technical and hospitality rider preparation, touring, band appearance (photo, bio) and how to contact bookers as an artist or a manager.

SARA KORDEK – Good Taste Production PL

Sara Kordek works as the Creative Director in the Good Taste Production in Poland. As the Booking Manager is responsible for programming festival line ups at festivals such as Salt Wave Festival, Jazz Around Festival or Stay Wild Festival to name a few. She has also participated as a speaker at many music conferences such as ILMC, Futures Forum (London), ESNS( Netherlands), Sharpe Festival (Slovakia), The International Music Showcase Festival in Israel or Glaz Music in France. Sara has gained her first experience in the music industry by working as a tour producer, occasionally spending a lot of time on the road as a tour manager.


Stefan is a Belgrade based concert promoter and art-director.  He made shows for such musicians as: BADBADNOTGOOD, Gang Of Four, MF Doom, XXYYXX, The Soft Moon, Easter, Ramona Falls, The KVB, The Haxan Cloak, Maserati, Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, Jozef Van Vissem, HTRK, M.E.D., Molly Nilsson and many more. Born and raised in Budapest, Napsugár is a London based Artist Manager. Having graduated from BIMM Brighton, during the past 3 years, she has worked with Jack Garratt, Tom Chaplin, Sarah Kinsley and Gretta Ray at Everybody’s Management. As of recently, she has started a new venture, and joined Norway based artist management company, MADE, who manage the likes of Sigrid and Aurora. Napsugar has also been a promoter representative for Sziget Festival since 2018.

TRIIN TAMMISTU – Tallinn Music Week, Intsikurmu Festival EE

Triin is a showcase organizer, promoter, booker and a Jack of All Trades always looking for new and exciting challenges. She works with festivals such as Intsikurmu Festival and Tallinn Music Week, is a co-founder of an audio branding business Bränd Sound and manages various Estonian artists. Triin holds degrees in Public Relations as well as Music Entrepreneurship.


Balázs Soós has been operating in the Hungarian live music industry since 2005. Currently booker at A38 Ship and various Hungarian summer festivals. Ex and current co-owner at Skalar Music Hungary and Phoenix Music domestic club promoters. Knowing the European music business from the touring and booking aspect as well, influential on the Hungarian heavy music scene for more than fifteen years now. Balázs is curator of the Hungarian Cultural Fund festival division and graduate MSC student of Physical Education University Budapest.

COSMIN IONESCU – MMB Bucharest / Overground Music RO

Mastering the Music Business (MMB) is an event based in Bucharest and is dedicated to all independent artists and professionals in the music industry. At MMB, key professionals from the local & international music business and related industries come together to discuss various relevant topics. The attached Showcase Festival is a boutique event, bringing 15-20 carefully curated acts each year in front of the conference delegates and the regular Romanian audience. The 2022 edition saw 18 bands from 11 different countries performing on stage.

Overground Music does management, booking and PR with a side of financial, web development and they even wear the promoter hat every now and then. Overground office in downtown Bucharest is a music hub with rehearsal rooms for our artists and storage spaces for their gear and merch. 

ANA OBERSTAR – Zorica & Klub K4, SI

Ana Oberstar is a program manager of Zorica bar & Klub K4, Ljubljana, which is a beloved gem that’s been the bedrock of Slovenia’s underground scene for the last four decades. The booking policy is generally focussed on local and also international selectors, live acts and VJs, spanning in a wide variety of genres. She’s collaborating with various Slovenian & German electronic music crews, festivals and organizations.
