Holding a dual role, Olya works closely with both rights holders and retailers with a focus on the developing digital industry, keeping her eye on new trends and emerging markets.

Since December 2014, Justin is a founder of Slice Music a consultancy company advising clients such as Kobalt Label Services, AEI Group, Nordic Playlist & more on streaming strategies. He now balances this with his current position as Global Director of Streaming Strategy at PIAS Group.
Paul Sampson is Founder & CEO of LICKD, a B2C pre-cleared, commercial music licensing solution solely for social and online video. Paul has over a dozen years of experience in driving revenues in pre-cleared music licensing in the both US and the UK including 5 years as Head of Europe for Music Dealers where he worked to drive new revenue streams in sync and brand partnerships (Coca Cola, Viacom). Prior to that, Paul spent 5 years in the US at Extreme Music, as Head of US Sales and Marketing.
